All rates include refuse, swimming, and fishing. Many lots have telephone hook-up. Campers will be invoiced a utilty bill that includes actual electricity used, a flat fee for water and sewer usage in addition to lot rent. A late fee of $10 per day will be charged on all accounts (rent or utility) that the payment is received after the 10th of the next month.

RECREATION HALL
| The recreation hall may be rented for a fee of $175.00 per day (deadline is 12 pm). A $25.00 deposit secures your reservation and is payable the day the reservation is requested. The balance of $150.00 is due the day the building is used. Deposit will be refunded if the hall is left clean and orderly. |
